| Job Description / Responsibilities |
- To place orders for clients on Online Dealing Terminal with very high proficiency in speed and accuracy
- Confirmations on Recorded Lines
- To generate business by giving high turnover & volume to the company
- Maintaining relationships with the clients
- To escalate the customer grievances / trade errors and to resolve it immediately
- Maintaining secrecy of the customer personal & trades data
