Shri Yogesh Agarwal, former Managing Director of State Bank of India, carries approximate 35 years of rich banking experience. During his tenure in State Bank of India, he has held various positions at various locations before his elevation as Managing Director of SBI in October 2006. Thereafter, he was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of IDBI Bank Ltd. with effect from 1st August, 2007. He is a B.E. (Hons.) from BITS, Pilani, Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai.

Shri Jitender Balakrishnan, Deputy Managing Director, IDBI Ltd., has more than 30 years of experience. During his tenure with IDBI Bank Ltd., he has held various positions and has obtained experience in various areas of banking and financial services. After holding the post of Executive Director of IDBI Bank in July 2004, he was promoted as Deputy Managing Director of IDBI Limited in 2006. He also has relevant and adequate capital market experience to be a Designated Director of the Company on the Stock Exchange, as required under the Stock Exchange rules and regulations.

Shri S. Ravi is a practising Chartered Accountant from Delhi. He has been on the boards of Jindal Strips, Dalmiya Cement, UCO Bank, Dena Bank and BOB Capital Market. He is currently on the boards of Corporation Bank, IFCI Ltd., MUSCO, Garware Chemicals and Batliboi Ltd.

Shri B Bhattacharyya is a legal luminary and an Advocate of the Supreme Court with over 30 years of experience.

Shri Gurcharan Das is an author and a Management Consultant. He was CEO of Proctor and Gamble of India Limited and has over 30 years of experience in various fields.

Shri P. A. Sethi is a retired Executive Director of Vijaya Bank with more than 40 years of experience in the field of Banking and Financial Sector.

Shri Nagendra Bhatnagar holds a Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry) from the University of Delhi and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He brings in 31 years of rich experience in banking including Investment Banking, International Banking, Credit Management, etc. Shri Bhatnagar has held various senior positions in State Bank of India in London and Cairo and was also Vice-President in SBI Capital Markets Ltd. Mumbai. His last assignment was as General Manager, State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Ahmedabad.

Shri Himendra Nath Varma, besides holding positions of Branch Manager, Regional Manager and General Manager in State Bank of India, was also appointed as Sr.Vice-President and later as Executive Vice-President of SBI Capital Markets Ltd. Shri Varma has more than 42 years of experience in the banking/finance sector.

Shri Onkar Nath Tandon is a practising Chartered Accountant from Kanpur, since 1995.
